Despite understanding the risks and the solutions we offered, they decided not to proceed.

When You Don’t Act, the Costs Only Multiply

Not every story has a happy ending, and sometimes the consequences of inaction are a harsh reminder of what’s at stake. Take this care provider as an example.
 
In March 2021, they attended our Sponsor Licence Compliance Webinar, where we broke down the risks of non-compliance and how proactive action—like a Compliance Audit—could safeguard their business. Despite understanding the stakes, they decided not to engage our services due to their size and perceived lack of urgency.

Fast-forward to May 29th, and the Home Office revoked their sponsor licence. The reason? A CoS assigned to a relative, compounded by IT mismanagement and procedural oversights.
