Keeva Care Ltd is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our domiciliary care service. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring compliance with RQIA standards, managing a team of care workers, and driving continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Registered with NISCC or willing to register
- Minimum 3 years management experience in health and social care
- Strong knowledge of domiciliary care regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Level 5 qualification in Leadership for Health and Social Care
