Scores are colour-coded: green (80-100) means compliant and audit-ready, amber (50-79) means at risk and needs attention, red (0-49) means non-compliant and requires urgent action. Stack filters to find exactly who needs help — like workers with no documents started AND a score between 51-75. The Workers Requiring Attention sidebar shows the lowest-scoring workers first, so you always know where to focus.

Step 1: Upload personal documents — the AI Document Upload feature automatically classifies passports, CoS letters, BRP cards, bank statements, and contracts.
